 October 21 1998, 22:30 GMT (6:30PM EST) Prior to the introduction of digital image manipulation tools and special effects in film and video, photographers and filmakers built sets, used mirrors and sandwiched negatives to create ground-breaking images. This project explored the creative potential a new medium, while appreciating the poetry of low resolution and random bandwidth.
